The Steinbeck Clock is an antique styled skeleton wall clock in all metal and brass lacquered construction. The movement can be seen from all sides.
The face has a Roman numeral dial and moon hands. The 7-day weight driven movement strikes once each hour on the pewter tone bell. The frame features a wrought iron case with twisted columns and metal straps over the bell.
The bell has a genuine striking hammer which strikes the outside of the bell. The clock is weight driven and needs to be drawn up by hand every 7 days.
This clock incorporates many design features of our other clocks which gives it a sense of a character. The Steinbeck would make a sophisticated looking timepiece in any room.
Please note the clock face is a light green colour, similar to a lime. The pictures do not emphasize this.
The dial is 14cm wide. The top of the clock to the bottom of the pendulum is 70cm. The top of the clock should be fixed approx 2m from the floor so that the weight can extend fully.
The clock comes with full operating instructions.
