Ordering from Clock Shop UK
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click add to basket on any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on proceed to check out where you will be asked to fill in you contact details and then you will be transferred to Paypal servers for them to take your payment. Your credit card details are protected using a secure connection. Your credit card numbers will never be stored on our website.
Payments
Paypal accept all major credit card payments. We use Paypal for a safe secure transaction for your piece of mind. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
You may also purchase a Clock/Clocks via cheque. Please contact us by email for further information. We will not ship your purchase until payment has fully cleared in our account.

Delivery Charges
We have a standard delivery charge for Postage & Packing which is £7.99 per clock, which considering the weight and packaging required to insure the clock arrives safely is very reasonable.
Guarantees and Returns policy
General Returns
We operate fully under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and as such allow a "cooling off" period of 7 days after your order has been received (we understand that at Christmas this can take longer so we allow up to 20 days)
Any goods returned under the cooling off period must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Delivery charges are non refundable.
The customer will be liable for any costs incurred for outward and return shipping.
The customer must contact us by email stating they wish a refund before returning the clock/clocks. We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used or damaged.
The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage (please use the sign for service not the special delivery as this has become very expensive).
The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Breakages / Unsatisfactory Condition
Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection.
We have years of experience of packing fragile clocks and the incidence of breakage is very rare. However accidents do happen so in the unlikely event that you receive an item from us that is broken please contact us within 7 days at enquiries@clockshopuk.co.uk
Any damage due to freight handling or factory defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you.
We will either replace the clock with a new one or refund your money once the clock has been returned to us.
Please return the clock in its original packaging.

Your return postage will be refunded if the goods were faulty or in an unsatisfactory condition.
Incorrect Goods Received
In the unlikely event that you received a product you didn’t order or an incorrect product quantity, please contact us.
Please state which products you have received, products you order and any other relevant information. Please do not open the inner packaging of the incorrect item and ensure this action is taken within 3 days of receipt.
We will replace the item we sent you with the correct item as soon as we can and refund any postage costs.

Faulty Goods
All our clocks are made to a very high standard and inspected before leaving us. If for any reason you feel that the product is not up to our normal standards please e-mail us with the details within 7 days of receipt, if we agree we will replace the clock with a new one or refund your money once the clock has been returned to us.

Guarantees
All our clocks are guaranteed for 1 year. Please return the faulty product by registered post in the original packaging or suitable packaging so as to ensure that goods reach us in good condition as we will not be responsible for damage in transit back to us. We will then either replace the clock or refund your money on return of the clock/clocks. See above for further details.
All refund will be issued through Paypal or the format that was used to make the payment.
The customer will be liable for the return postage and to ensure the clock is packaged in its original box. The customer is also liable for any damage caused in transit sending the clock back to us.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint we will acknowledge any such complaint within 48 hours. We will strive to rectify the problem as quickly as we can.
This and any other undertaking detailed here is in addition to, and will not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.

Delivery
Clock Shop UK is a small family run business and which takes great pride in ensuring all of our customers have a pleasant, trouble free shopping experience with us.
Our typical delivery time is 3 working days to addresses in the UK.
All our clocks are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
Home Deliveries
If you are not home when your order arrives Royal Mail will leave a card through your door and you will most likely have to collect the clock from the local depot. When purchasing a clock you may leave special instructions to leave the parcel in a garage, etc.
UK Delivery Charges
We charge a standard £7.99 postage and delivery charge per clock to UK and Ireland.
International Delivery
Due to the delicate nature of our clocks we do not deliver our clocks outside the UK and Ireland.

It is regrettable that we are not able to provide customers with colour-perfect images of our items on the web site. Delivery Not Arrived?
Clocks Shop UK put its trust in Royal Mail to delivery your products as quickly and efficently as possible, however from time to time deliveries are delayed due to disruption or simply go missing.
In the unlikey event of your delivery not arriving please contact us . Please Note: For parcels dispatched via Royal Mail Standard & Recorded Delivery a period of 21 days must elaspe before we are able to class the item as lost and any action can be taken.
Please Note: some packages will require a signature on delivery so its helpful to ensure a delivery address is given so the package can be signed for through working hours.
